Airbox modification

While I had my airbox removed, I opened it up and found that the crankcase vent line had indeed blown oil in the box. I decided to get a tube to extend the line INSIDE the airbox, which I picked up at a junkyard.

I had to whittle the tube down so that it didn't get too close to the wall of the box - allowing it to close properly. Just as an added measure, I jammed a couple of faucet aerator screens (smoking pipe screens) into the tube to subdue any splashes of oil. I then used gasket sealer to hold it in place (after cleaning and sanding first, of course.)

I fully expect this little addition to prevent any more oil from splashing into my box.
