V Star Maintenance

One of the more satisfying aspects of owning a bike is doing your own routine maintenance; not only do you save money by doing it yourself--you can also be assured that the work is performed correctly. This page will contain helpful hints for maintaining your V Star 1100 in top condition. It is not meant to be a complete maintenance guide--just some tips from my own personal experience.

1. Throttle Valve Emergency Repair

2. Watch Your Plugs!

3. Oil Change

4. Carburetor Synchronization

5. A.I.S Removal

6. Exhaust Modification
